We provide self-publishing, book marketing, design, personal branding, and related services. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in your service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary materials, approvals, and responses on time.
• Ensure all submitted content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Disclaimers

• Brand Names: Any mention of Amazon, Google, Facebook, or other third-party brands is for descriptive purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or official partners of these companies.
• Earnings & Results: We do not guarantee book sales, rankings, income, or any other results. Any examples provided are for illustrative purposes only and do not promise or imply similar outcomes.
• Money-Back Guarantee: Available only where explicitly stated in writing.
• Unlimited Revisions: Offered under a fair use policy—meaning revisions must be reasonable, related to the original scope, and requested within agreed timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed. All payments are due as stated in the service agreement. Failure to pay may result in project delays or cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full rights to your work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may display non-confidential work samples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from us.

8. Revisions & Refunds

• Each service includes a set number of revisions as specified in your agreement.
• Refunds are not provided once work has commenced, except at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our stated policies.

10. SMS and Email Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations for SMS and email marketing in the US and Canada, including the 10DLC TCR (The Campaign Registry) requirements. By participating in our messaging programs, you agree to adhere to these rules.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
